- Identify and discuss related issues and impact of the problem on the work environment.
- Locate, evaluate, and present information from a variety of research sources that address the problem and potential solutions. Identify a minimum of 5 sources to support your arguments and discussion.
- Clearly identify steps you propose to improve the situation. Describe each of the steps that you are proposing.
