• The delivered work was confirmed as plagiarised on a Turnitin scan and revisions failed to resolve this.
• You cancelled within 30 minutes of placing your order before a writer was assigned.
• Duplicate payment was made for the same order.

2. Partial Refund Eligibility

• The delivered work did not fully meet the stated brief despite revision attempts.
• Late delivery significantly reduced the usefulness of the work (where we were responsible).
• The academic level of the work was materially lower than specified.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• You changed your mind after the writer had commenced work.
• Your requirements changed significantly after order confirmation.
• You did not request revisions before requesting a refund.
• The work met the original brief but you received a lower grade than expected.
