 In this assignment, we are focusing on the value of Organizational Learning in Strategic Leadership.

Reading Assignment:

• Read the background document entitled: Three Cultures of Management: The Key to Organizational Learning
• Read the Case Study entitled: Major Steckleson at the National Training Center

Discussion Assignment: Discuss the readings that are listed above.  Discussions shall include (1) what each of you learned from the assigned readings and (2) how you can apply what you learned in your particular situation/environment (work, church, sports teams, volunteer efforts, etc.) … it’s the personal learning and personal application that I want you to discuss and share with others in D2L Discussions.

Writing Assignment:

1. Main Document:  Using the information contained in the readings, videos, and discussions, define in your own words what Organizational Learning means and discuss how Organizational Learning contributes to team members’ flourishing and an excellentorganization. 
2. Write a Reading Digest on each of this week’s readings.
